About Us....Incorporated in 1996, Watercircle Hydroponics was founded by Tan Say Meng. As a pioneer in commercial aquaponics, hydroponics in the tropics & roof top farming.
We have also designed and built greenhouse with hydroponics or aquaponics system in many schools in Singapore.

We provide consultancy, design & install commercial farm projects overseas. Hands on lessons for foreign commercial farming & educational lectures.
WORKSHOPS, HERBS AND PLANTS
We conduct hydroponics and aquaponics workshops to schools and students. Besides providing hydroponics and aquaponics solutions and services, we also conduct a series of innovative , creative and educational workshops.
From more than 10 years of herb growing, we have ventured into the uses of herbs and natural ingredients in everyday products like toiletries and soap. Always innovating and introducing new educational concepts to schools and students. We have also developed the Rainforest Aquaponics system for the cultivation of tropical plants, fishes, crayfish, shrimps & crabs in the late 90s.
We also have overseas ventures in organic and non-organic soil farming in indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand. From growing leaf vegetables , herbs to potatoes.
Recently, say meng had completes a off shore sea bass & seahorse hatchery project producing larvae and production of zooplanktons as marine feed
